- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and adjust sales strategies based on market research and analysis
- Responsible for the financial performance of your region
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and government regulations
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of our employees in the US Subsidiary
Requirements
- Bachelor´s Degree in business administration or engineering
- Proven experience in a senior sales and leadership role on an international level
- Proven track record and success in selling B2B products needing explanation
- Strong conceptual, analytical, operational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer Industry Knowledge in Medical Technology, Measurement Technology, Robotics or other high-tech applications is advantageous.
