About the role

  • Drive the development and expansion of the national subsidiary into an active and scalable sales organization
  • Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with corporate goals
  • Establish and manage long-lasting relationships with key partners, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and adjust sales strategies based on market research and analysis
  • Responsible for the financial performance of your region
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and government regulations
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of our employees in the US Subsidiary

Requirements

  • Bachelor´s Degree in business administration or engineering
  • Proven experience in a senior sales and leadership role on an international level
  • Proven track record and success in selling B2B products needing explanation
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, operational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Industry Knowledge in Medical Technology, Measurement Technology, Robotics or other high-tech applications is advantageous.
