About the role

  • Own and optimize the customer experience across the entire journey: lead generation to onboarding, retention, and upselling.
  • Define and prioritise vision, roadmap, and KPIs; communicate rationale.
  • Drive discovery via customer research, data analysis, and market insights to uncover unmet needs.
  • Optimize acquisition & conversion funnels to increase trial-to-paid conversion and reduce drop-off.
  • Design onboarding experiences to minimize friction and accelerate early value realization.
  • Identify opportunities to boost engagement and reduce churn; enhance support with AI-driven features like Genie AI Assistant.
  • Build experiences to identify and surface upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with engineers, designers, and researchers to define, validate, and deliver strategy.
  • Work with commercial teams to align product signals with upsell and revenue growth.
  • Align across sales, Customer Success, support, and Leadership to ensure consistent, scalable customer journey.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or customer-focused products.
  • A user-centric mindset with ability to design intuitive experiences; experience conducting user interviews and gathering insights.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle management, including onboarding, retention, and upselling.
  • Ability to enable cross-functional teams; foster collaboration and remove obstacles.
  • Excellent analytical skills to derive insights from tools like Posthog, logs, and health reports.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with subscription models, customer success tools, and upselling strategies.
  • Familiarity with integrating AI tools into customer workflows (nice to have).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills (nice to have).
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to working with support and success teams (nice to have).
