About the role
- Apply AI and automation to solve complex operational challenges across departments (Go-To-Market, Marketing, HR and more)
- Build automated solutions to replace repetitive manual tasks and improve efficiency and accuracy
- Support planning and logistics for internal and external marketing events and executive programming
- Collaborate across Marketing, People, GTM and other teams to understand needs and secure buy-in for new processes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational excellence with monitoring and continuous refinement
- Establish best practices and documentation to scale improvements
- Participate in a curated onboarding program to learn Rokt’s platform and current manual processes
- Support the London Go-To-Market function as part of the Marketing team
Requirements
- Support planning and logistics for internal and external marketing events (seasonal celebrations, cultural moments, client activations, executive programming)
- Identify inefficiencies and implement automated workflows or tools (using AI)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders company-wide
- Monitor impact of solutions, establish best practices and documentation
- Go through curated onboarding program and perform manual work to understand processes
- Highly organized, detail-driven, able to juggle priorities and multiple workstreams
- Self-starter with ownership and accountability
- Analytical, resourceful, comfortable diving into unknown areas and using data to drive decisions
- Customer-obsessed with a focus on elevating teammate and client experiences
- Tech-savvy and energized by tools, automation, and AI
- In-office 4-5 days per week in London hub (must be able to work onsite)
