About the role
- Serve as strategic right-hand to Commercial Director for Advertising sales, owning administrative and operational pillars of the sales pipeline
- Ensure seamless deal execution through meticulous deal administration and contract management
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, track deal progression, manage pipeline updates, and generate reports
- Proactively manage calendars and coordinate strategic meetings with key prospects and enterprise customers
- Shadow and learn from the Commercial Director by participating in client meetings, strategy sessions, and deal negotiations
- Assist in crafting and executing strategic warm and cold outreach campaigns to high-value prospects
- Liaise between Sales, Legal, and Operations to streamline closing processes and ensure smooth handovers for new clients

- Background in related industries (AdTech, MarTech, digital agency, media) or tertiary education in marketing with relevant sales experience
- Ideally, exposure to/understanding of performance marketing
