About the role
- Coordinate submissions with authors from draft through to launch in various formats and on different platforms
- Manage key client relationships and work directly with multiple authors globally
- Liaise with editors and internal departments to set schedules for submissions and project manage manuscript delivery and editorial review to meet production schedules
- Utilise content management systems to coordinate and launch content
- Liaise with contributors to ensure copy is received, set deadlines, send reminders and chase late copy
- Work closely with content and production teams to ensure copy is edited, amended and finalised in time for launch
- Deal with phone and email enquiries; perform reporting, filing, diary management and other administrative tasks
- Identify, mitigate and report risks to delivery

- Client-facing experience; managing key client relationships
- Experience liaising with contributors and editors throughout publishing process
- Experience utilising content management systems to coordinate and launch content
- Ability to organise and manage workload to meet tight deadlines
- Experience handling phone and email enquiries and administrative tasks (reporting, filing, diary management)
- Ability to identify, mitigate and report risks to delivery
