Content Marketing Manager

• Coordinate submissions with authors from draft through to launch in various formats and on different platforms
• Manage key client relationships and work directly with multiple authors globally
• Liaise with editors and internal departments to set schedules for submissions and project manage manuscript delivery and editorial review to meet production schedules
• Utilise content management systems to coordinate and launch content
• Liaise with contributors to ensure copy is received, set deadlines, send reminders and chase late copy
• Work closely with content and production teams to ensure copy is edited, amended and finalised in time for launch
• Deal with phone and email enquiries; perform reporting, filing, diary management and other administrative tasks
• Identify, mitigate and report risks to delivery

• Research and secure suitable venues for conferences, dinners, receptions, and awards ceremonies.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Maintain detailed documentation including timelines, contracts, travel plans, and checklists.
• Track and report on event budgets and expenditures.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales, editorial, sponsorship, and production.
• Lead onsite event coordination and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement.
