Act as strategic partner to enterprise e-commerce clients to scale digital promotions and commercial activities
Own the full customer cycle from onboarding into the SaaS platform through business reviews and renewals
Provide tailor-made analytical and business insights to improve ROAS, ROI and revenue
Manage a portfolio of medium and large enterprise clients across Middle East, Africa, India and parts of Europe
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations, case studies, and client education
Collaborate cross-team within the company to deliver client outcomes
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Success or Account Manager with direct responsibility for a B2B client portfolio within Performance Marketing (ideally MarTech/AdTech)
Knowledge of Google and Meta Ads (Marketing Technology experience)
Strong business acumen and data analytics skills
Fluent English and Arabic
Based in Dubai and willing to commute to the JLT Office (Saudi Arabia candidates may also be considered)
Open to occasional travel to meet clients
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
