About the role

  • Plan, execute, and optimise integrated campaigns spanning email, content, social media, events, training, and partnership activations
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and commercial stakeholders to ensure consistent, aligned messaging across the entire customer journey
  • Develop clear, compliant content and communications supporting key customer moments, onboarding, education, activation, and retention
  • Coordinate with external partners on co-branded events and training initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and strong brand representation
  • Build and maintain internal marketing toolkits and sales enablement resources to empower sales and support teams with confident, consistent messaging
  • Track campaign performance and engagement metrics, produce insightful reports, and apply learnings to continuously improve impact
  • Ensure all campaign materials comply with industry standards, including Ahpra guidelines for healthcare communications

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a horizontal marketer- confident leading and delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including content, communications, events, education, and partnerships
  • Strong campaign marketing background with end-to-end ownership and demonstrated success driving awareness, adoption, or conversion
  • Hands-on experience working in regulated industries or healthcare- Ideally with familiarity of Ahpra guidelines and ability to craft compliant, professional messaging for clinical audiences
  • Exceptional written communication and copy writing skills-skilled at writing for engagement, performance, and clarity, and tailoring tone for different audiences and contexts
  • Experience building internal marketing tool kits -creating sales enablement content, onboarding resources, and campaign assets that enable cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in modern marketing tools like HubSpot (CRM, email, workflows), Canva or Adobe Suite (for asset creation/editing), and Notion or similar platforms for planning and documentation
  • Comfortable working independently, prioritising multiple workstreams, managing deadlines, and progressing projects without constant oversight
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
