About the role
- Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (Claire Deane) as the go-to Marketing Manager for Fresh Health
- Balance strategy and execution, brand building and lead generation for a new venture
- Shape how Fresh Health shows up in market and craft stories that resonate with clinicians and consumers
- Develop training, collateral and resources to enable nurses to better deliver patient results through proactive hybrid healthcare
- Launch campaigns across digital, content, social, events, and partnerships to drive awareness and conversion
- Create clear, engaging, compliant messaging and ensure consistency with clinical, commercial, and product teams
- Experiment, track performance, test channels, and optimise campaigns
- Build sales enablement resources, onboarding content, and campaign assets
- Collaborate externally with partners on co-branded activations, events, and content
Requirements
- Proven generalist marketing experience spanning digital, content, communications, events, and campaigns
- Track record of taking products or ventures to market and driving awareness through to conversion
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills: able to create messaging that’s clear, engaging, and tailored for different audiences
- Experience in B2B2C - enabling Fresh Members to deliver services to their patients with education, training and assets
- Experience working within regulated or complex industries (health, finance, tech, SaaS) and compliance standards (bonus if you know Ahpra guidelines!)
- Hands-on skills with modern marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva/Adobe Suite, Notion or similar)
- Self-starter mindset: comfortable working autonomously, prioritising multiple projects
- Thrives in fast-paced, growth environments where flexibility and bias to action matter
- You must be based in Australia and have full working rights (citizen, permanent resident, or relevant visa holder)
