About the role
- Perform personalized account and contact research to identify relevant, high-value prospects
- Craft strategic and compelling outbound messaging across email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
- Partner with Account Executives to build qualified pipeline and move opportunities through early funnel stages
- Continuously test outreach messaging, templates, and sequences to improve conversion rates
- Share best practices with team members and contribute to our culture of experimentation and growth
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales development or related experience (B2B)
- Experience prospecting within mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Confidence in outbound
- Multi-Channel Prospecting: phone, email, and social, no fear of picking up the phone
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for learning and curiosity that aligns with O’Reilly’s values
- Experience with Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Gong
- Familiarity with an E-Learning platform is a plus
