Serve as Business Lead for Intelligent Devices, reporting to the Regional Manager for Intelligent Devices
Maximize and manage sales of the Intelligent Devices portfolio within assigned geography (greater Boston & Rochester)
Act as a commercial & technical resource for assigned products
Support sales activities, launch new products, and ensure RA Sales and channel product competence
Advise on proposals, pricing, and sales pursuit strategies
Provide department feedback on product/service gaps and development needs
Analyze product lines and competitor strategies, define differentiators and value propositions
Plan and implement technical and commercial training for sales organizations and ecosystem
Participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars and similar marketing activities
Plan commercial programs related to product responsibility and ensure market access (System Integrators and Distributors) can identify opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Legal authorization to work in the US is required (will not sponsor employment visas)
Ability to travel 50% of time or more
Current, valid Drivers License
Minimum 8 years solution and application expertise, and related demonstrated sales experience
Business acumen on industry trends for manufacturing, industrial distribution, manufacturing operations, OEM market, System Integration market (preferred)
Experience at planning and operationalizing execution to broad range of Sales, Team, and Channel Members
Prior or current experience working with all levels of customer persona including c-level, executive, plant management, Sellers, Customers, Owners
Knowledge of Automation technologies and services
