About the role
- Lead the growth, transformation, and operations of the Connected Manufacturing Software Portfolio (MES, QMS, and Edge)
- Lead a global team of Product Managers & Business Analysts and recruit, develop, and empower team members
- Develop the next generation of Product Managers & People Leaders and enhance culture and engagement
- Develop 5-year strategies and investment plans and prioritize resources & investments to achieve goals
- Lead execution of the team's work, managing trade-offs & dependencies across stakeholder groups
- Drive innovation into product and processes and build internal and external alignment and partnerships
- Own the Global P&L and deliver high ARR growth across the software portfolio
- Report to the Vice President, MES
- Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 35% of time
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience

- Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 35% of time
- Typically requires 8+ years leadership experience in Manufacturing Software, Services, or other complementary domains
- Experience leading Global Teams
- Demonstrated experience growing and transforming a SaaS Portfolio, Product Line or business
- Demonstrated P+L experience
- Demonstrated experience bringing new products, capabilities, and Suites to market
- Demonstrated experience in portfolio management and investments
- Experience in SaaS software in regulated industries or other manufacturing environments
