About the role

  • Perform duties of a Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO) and Accounts (TODA) specialist for the Qatar F-15 program
  • Provide TO account administrative services for the Boeing F-15QA CLS contract
  • Oversee organizational TO requirements and distribution operations
  • Establish and maintain a TO Account in ETIMS
  • Establish and maintain organization TO Distribution Accounts (TODA) for organization sub-accounts
  • Maintain records of TOs required and on hand in organization physical media TO libraries
  • Document and maintain completed build/quality/inspection records to maintain integrity of as-built deliverable product configuration
  • Reconcile erroneous data entries, conduct database queries, perform audits of planning and production schedules, and coordinate with customer custodians
  • Assemble and validate data packages and logbooks from traceable build records in accordance with applicable requirements
  • Provide product build information to status the product for roll out, flight and/or delivery
  • Provide solutions to complex problems by leading development and implementation of process and procedure improvements
  • Maintain records storage and shipping logs to assure retrievability in compliance with applicable requirements

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience on military fighter platforms
  • 4+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft
  • Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
  • Must be willing to work rotating shifts (some positions)
  • Prior experience with Technical Publications, aircraft systems or technical data
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
  • Ability to meet international assignment health requirements
  • If accompanied, family must meet international assignment health requirements
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa for international assignment (as required)
  • Candidate must be able to meet cultural requirements of the host country
  • Employment contingent on satisfying labor and immigration formalities of the host country
  • Drug testing post-offer (marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, alcohol)
