Revenue Operations

• Own and optimize revenue operations across the full customer lifecycle, from lead generation and sales through onboarding, customer success, and renewals, aligning systems, data, and workflows for scalability and efficiency.
• Lead delivery of data for revenue forecasting, reporting, and performance analytics, delivering clear visibility into pipeline health, bookings, expansion, and retention while equipping leadership with actionable insights for decision-making.
• Design and scale cross-functional operational infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, Customer Success, Support, and Order Management, ensuring seamless processes, system integrations, and data flow across teams.
• Serve as a shared services partner to all commercial and customer-facing teams driving operational excellence across deal desk, quote-to-cash, and customer lifecycle processes, identifying automation opportunities and leveraging data and AI-driven insights to improve deal velocity, expansion opportunities, operational efficiency, and overall commercial performance.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage AI-powered revenue tools across the GTM and customer stack, including conversational intelligence (e.g., Gong), AI forecasting (e.g., Clari, SFDC Advanced Forecasting), prospecting/enrichment automation (e.g., UserGems, ZoomInfo) to improve deal execution and customer health visibility.
• Build AI-driven workflow automations that reduce manual overhead and improve operational discipline across commercial and customer teams (e.g., lead routing, pipeline hygiene, renewal risk signals, escalation triggers, and forecast rollups).
• Own GTM and customer data intelligence, integrating intent data, enrichment, product usage signals, and AI-scored insights to prioritize pipeline, expansion, and retention opportunities.
• Leverage AI copilots and agents to enhance analysis, surfacing patterns in pipeline performance, churn risk, and expansion signals that inform strategic decision-making.
• Drive AI adoption across Sales, Customer Success, Order Management, and Support, developing playbooks, enablement, and operating frameworks to embed AI in workflows.

• Design, launch, and continuously evolve a scalable performance management framework (design → rollout → iteration)
• Define and operationalize what high performance means at Rockbot — by role, level, and impact
• Establish clear goal-setting, feedback, and accountability rhythms across the organization
• Partner with leaders on talent planning, succession, development, and performance accountability
• Ensure compensation calibration and leveling frameworks (Carta Total Comp) reinforce performance standards
• Architect scalable lifecycle systems (onboarding → development → retention → transitions)
• Strengthen HRIS and people infrastructure (Paylocity and integrated systems) to ensure data accuracy and operational reliability
• Identify friction points across the employee experience and redesign workflows for clarity and efficiency
• Build processes that confidently scale from 100 → 300+ employees without losing accountability or culture
• Define and track the people metrics that matter - performance, retention, mobility, engagement, and organizational health
• Translate insights into practical action plans leaders actually use
• Establish disciplined reporting cadences and raise the bar on operational rigor
• Leverage technology and emerging tools to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision quality

• Manage Billing Deliverables, Metrics, and KPIs
• Process a high volume billing for all Types (Autopay, Net Terms, Purchase Order, etc.) according to GAAP principles
• Manage Enterprise Billing process and identify areas improvements
• Process Billing for incoming orders in both our internal database as well as our subscription management platform (Netsuite).
• Process Billing and account change requests.
• Reconcile Billing Accounts Receivable and Payments for all customers
• Partner with internal stakeholders for any Deal Desk and non-standard billing requirements
• Support incoming customer emails, calls, and chats regarding billing issues and account change requests.
• Systems owner for all billing systems (i.e. Netsuite, Avalara, Zendesk, etc.)
• Design solutions for Customer Billing Requirements in Billing Systems
• Generate customer invoices according to specific customer requests and deliver them electronically.
• Manage Accounts Receivable outreach to improve the collections process and reduce time to collect.
• Deliver Billing on time for SaaS and One-Time billing activities
