Product Marketing

• Build and lead Rockbot’s enablement and training function, owning the strategy, execution, and outcomes of scalable, high-impact programs for our Commercial Teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Product).
• Design and deliver structured onboarding and everboarding experiences for teams across GTM and company-wide functions with clear accountability for ramp time, readiness, and adoption.
• Develop, implement and execute end-to-end enablement programs (growth initiatives, product launches, continuous training, and tool adoption) ensuring programs translate into real-world execution and measurable business impact.
• Own the enablement content ecosystem, creating, operationalizing, and continuously evolving playbooks, case studies, and messaging frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to align on revenue goals, define and operationalize GTM motions, and drive cross-functional adoption of enablement processes.
• Implement tools, processes, and methodologies that accelerate ramp time enable effective GTM execution, improve proficiency, and drive measurable growth.
• Utilize data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs connecting learning and adoption to revenue performance, retention, and growth outcomes, and identify areas for improvement, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain playbooks, toolkits, coaching and training materials tailored to each stage of the customer and employee journey
• Create learning experiences that reinforce messaging, process, and product knowledge across teams
• Deliver live and asynchronous training sessions, onboarding programs, and internal communications that drive clarity, inspiration, confidence, and consistent execution.
• Drive end-to-end GTM campaigns and launches of new products, tooling, or process changes owning cross-functional program management from planning through rollout, adoption, and post-launch measurement.
• Collaborate with People & Talent to align on cross-functional onboarding and internal development efforts
• Champion a culture of learning and improvement across all GTM functions setting the standard for execution excellence internally and externally throughout the full GTM lifecycle.

Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, owning the day-to-day relationship as well as long-term account strategy
• Build and strengthen partner relationships to drive consistent revenue growth and mutual success
• Develop and execute partner programs, enablement initiatives, and growth plans aligned to Rockbot's GTM strategy
• Maintain accurate partner data, including account plans, contracts, renewals, leads, and active opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure partners are supported throughout the full lifecycle—from onboarding through expansion
• Onboard and enable new partners, training their teams on how to position Rockbot effectively within customer solutions
• Develop a strong understanding of Rockbot's products and value proposition to support partner-led upsell and cross-sell motion

Partner Account Manager

Operations

• Manage Billing Deliverables, Metrics, and KPIs
• Process a high volume billing for all Types (Autopay, Net Terms, Purchase Order, etc.) according to GAAP principles
• Manage Enterprise Billing process and identify areas improvements
• Process Billing for incoming orders in both our internal database as well as our subscription management platform (Netsuite).
• Process Billing and account change requests.
• Reconcile Billing Accounts Receivable and Payments for all customers
• Partner with internal stakeholders for any Deal Desk and non-standard billing requirements
• Support incoming customer emails, calls, and chats regarding billing issues and account change requests.
• Systems owner for all billing systems (i.e. Netsuite, Avalara, Zendesk, etc.)
• Design solutions for Customer Billing Requirements in Billing Systems
• Generate customer invoices according to specific customer requests and deliver them electronically.
• Manage Accounts Receivable outreach to improve the collections process and reduce time to collect.
• Deliver Billing on time for SaaS and One-Time billing activities
