Requirements

  • A degree or certification in a scientific or related discipline
  • A postgraduate degree (PhD, PharmD, MSc, MD, MBA) is preferred
  • 7+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical/ healthcare sector
  • 2+ years experience in ophthalmology AND experience in ophthalmic surgery
  • Solid knowledge of clinical trials, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
  • Willing to travel within Canada up to 60% of the time
  • Proficient level of English is required and French can be required, depending on the geographic region
