About the role
- Partner closely with all stakeholders directly touching the patient journey
- Act as a trusted partner and point of contact between external stakeholders and Roche
- Steward Roche’s products through their lifecycle
- Share scientific, educational and non-promotional information with stakeholders
- Manage activities such as compassionate use, pre-license access, grants, external materials, clinical trial support, local evidence generation
- Lead the local disease area strategy and coordinate with others for optimal planning and resource allocation
Requirements
- University degree (scientific, economics, or business)
- Advanced degree in life science and/or MBA is a plus
- Substantial experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups
- Strong customer engagement focus across multiple therapy areas
- Experience within the field of Breast Cancer is a plus
- Growth mindset and deep understanding of patient journey(s)
- Strategic thinking and deep listening skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of agile ways of working
- Strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
