About the role

  • Drive the successful launch and scale up of the SBX platform inclusive of the strategy for consumables, assay content, and KAPA reagents to double our sequencing business by 2030.
  • Lead a high-performing organization, encompassing people leaders, marketing managers, and product managers.
  • Responsible for orchestrating the overarching US sequencing strategy.
  • Develop and execute robust marketing plans, strategic launch programs, and effective commercialization initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitive landscapes, and future portfolio opportunities.
  • Champion the optimization of marketing asset utilization and the continuous improvement of all commercial processes.
  • Inspire and influence stakeholders across R&D, sales, medical affairs, and global teams.

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or scientific or business related field.
  • You hold 7 years of progressive marketing experience or equivalent work experience.
  • You hold 3 years of marketing leadership experience.
  • Ability to lead and direct employees.
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence in a positive manner and create a culture of inclusivity and performance.
  • Proven record of multi-tasking and ability to handle a high pressure environment with significant timeline pressures.
