Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or an advanced degree
Successful, 10 years combined experience in two or more of the following functions: medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience (nursing etc.), training delivery, or other relevant areas
Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Experience with project management/project leadership
Experience in multicultural organizations
Proven track record of ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization
Excellent spoken and written English is required
Launch experience with complex technologies and experience in strategy development or support is an advantage
Knowledgeable insights on competitive cardiovascular catheterization, as it relates to valve replacement and interventional cardiology, would be an advantage as would knowledge or experience in the operating room or catheter lab.
