• You lead our Customer Success team of currently four employees, both functionally and disciplinarily, and provide clear direction in day-to-day operations
• You work hands-on with customers, conduct meetings, identify upselling opportunities, and lead by example even in challenging situations
• You support your team with escalations, prioritize issues, and ensure customers clearly understand KPIs, product usage, and value
• You regularly coach your team, listen into customer conversations, and develop communication skills, accountability, and a sales-oriented mindset within Customer Success
• You use the CRM and KPIs to make customer performance visible and to derive concrete next steps

• You are responsible for the measurable product success of Robin Cook and ensure that product decisions lead to clear outcomes and improved KPIs across the customer journey
• You translate strategic objectives (OKRs) into clear priorities and initiatives, ensuring focus, sensible scope-shaping, and consistent execution
• You build and own the product development system, including clear rules for prioritization, decision-making, and the start and stop of initiatives
• You ensure stable, calm, and predictable execution, with clearly defined goals, responsibilities, and measurable results
• You lead and develop the product team and adjacent areas of responsibility, establish clear quality standards, and strengthen ownership and decision-making capability within the team
• You work closely with the CEO, Onboarding, and Customer Success to ensure clear responsibilities across the entire customer journey

Director of Product – Operations

• You lead the Customer Success team both functionally and in terms of personnel, developing it through clear leadership and targeted coaching.
• You are responsible for the success of our existing customers, including upselling and long-term account development, and you will also work directly with customers.
• You refine and scale effective Customer Success structures, processes, and playbooks and ensure their implementation in day-to-day operations.
• You manage Customer Success using key KPIs, identify patterns, and derive concrete actions to drive growth and customer retention.
• You work closely with Product, Onboarding, and executive management, bring structured customer feedback into product development, and drive cross-functional CS-related projects.
