About the role

  • You lead our Customer Success team of currently four employees, both functionally and disciplinarily, and provide clear direction in day-to-day operations
  • You work hands-on with customers, conduct meetings, identify upselling opportunities, and lead by example even in challenging situations
  • You support your team with escalations, prioritize issues, and ensure customers clearly understand KPIs, product usage, and value
  • You regularly coach your team, listen into customer conversations, and develop communication skills, accountability, and a sales-oriented mindset within Customer Success
  • You use the CRM and KPIs to make customer performance visible and to derive concrete next steps

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or sales with a focus on existing customers
  • Leadership experience, e.g., in functional leadership, as a team lead, or in a comparable role
  • Strong operational capability and enjoyment of working closely with customers, the team, and KPIs
  • Understanding of upselling within the existing customer base and a proactive, growth-oriented attitude in Customer Success
  • Structured approach, clarity, and decisiveness in day-to-day work
  • Willingness to work on-site regularly in Bremen
  • Fluent German
