About the role
- You develop models, scoring logic, and A/B tests that continuously improve our automated marketing and recommendation system
- You ensure that customers receive relevant, personalized recommendations across all channels
- You analyze the performance of our marketing and lifecycle automations and develop data-driven tests and improvements
- You structure projects, set priorities, and ensure product, marketing, and engineering teams always have clarity on requirements and decisions
- You create insights, dashboards, and analyses in Metabase to support other teams
- You ensure clean data structures, reliable metrics, and high quality of the data used
Requirements
- Several years of experience in data analytics, ideally focused on B2C products, e-commerce, or recommendation systems
- Experience with pricing, offer logic, and customer behavior
- Ability to derive clear models, concepts, and decisions from ambiguous requirements
- Experience with A/B testing, machine learning, statistical methods, and data-driven decision models
- Competence in building dashboards, funnels, metrics, and clean data pipelines
- Strength in structuring complex problems and identifying the truly impactful levers
- Clear communication, prioritization, and expectation-management skills
- Fluent German and English
