About the role

  • You are responsible for the measurable product success of Robin Cook and ensure that product decisions lead to clear outcomes and improved KPIs across the customer journey
  • You translate strategic objectives (OKRs) into clear priorities and initiatives, ensuring focus, sensible scope-shaping, and consistent execution
  • You build and own the product development system, including clear rules for prioritization, decision-making, and the start and stop of initiatives
  • You ensure stable, calm, and predictable execution, with clearly defined goals, responsibilities, and measurable results
  • You lead and develop the product team and adjacent areas of responsibility, establish clear quality standards, and strengthen ownership and decision-making capability within the team
  • You work closely with the CEO, Onboarding, and Customer Success to ensure clear responsibilities across the entire customer journey

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a senior product or operations role with a technology focus
  • You have either founded a company yourself or been part of a startup from its early stages
  • You have led interdisciplinary teams (Data, Developers, Design) and bridged technology, product, and delivery
  • Proven responsibility for outcomes, KPIs, and delivery
  • Strong decisiveness, even when information is incomplete
  • You hold yourself to high standards regarding impact, clarity, and sound decision-making
  • Excellent understanding of complex customer journeys (SaaS / Platform / SMB)
  • You communicate clearly, reliably, and transparently in English and ideally also in German
  • You are willing to work on-site in Bremen and to embrace this opportunity with genuine commitment
