About the role
- Manage campaign and project workflows in Adobe Workfront from kickoff to launch
- Create and maintain project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across departments
- Oversee production workflows for creative assets, tech deliverables, and media assets
- Coordinate handoffs between Strategy, Creative, Tech, and Media teams
- Anticipate risks or delays, flag issues early, and help re-route work as needed
- Confirm all deliverables meet internal standards before finalization
- Support Strategy, Creative, Tech, Media, and Account Management to ensure campaign execution is seamless
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, digital operations, or production (agency experience a plus; internship experience included)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on collaboration and process
