About the role

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for all Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to email, calendar, file sharing, collaboration, and communication within the M365 ecosystem
  • Assist with user account management, including onboarding, offboarding, and password resets
  • Monitor and maintain the health of the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications on various devices (laptops, desktops, mobile)
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and patches for Microsoft 365-related applications
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on user devices
  • Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for Microsoft 365 processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and share expertise with the IT team
  • Train users on new features and best practices within the Microsoft 365 environment

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and common office productivity software
  • Microsoft 365 certification is a plus
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, features, and administration tools
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity, email delivery, and other common M365 issues
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Patience and empathy when working with users of varying technical proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
