About the role

  • You analyze and handle incidents and service requests as part of 2nd level support
  • For technical challenges in the Microsoft Azure infrastructure, you investigate root causes and find solutions
  • You actively support the administration and further development of our Azure environments
  • You are responsible for managing user and group policies in Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • You efficiently automate routine tasks with PowerShell and develop suitable scripts
  • You contribute your expertise on database topics related to Microsoft SQL Server — including T-SQL queries
  • In close cooperation with 1st level support and other departments, you ensure high service quality
  • You document solutions, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge is preserved

Requirements

  • You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained initial practical experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure
  • Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) is familiar to you
  • You already have basic knowledge in this area
  • You enjoy working with PowerShell and use it for automation and scripting
  • You are familiar with operating Microsoft SQL Server and proficient in T-SQL
  • You are familiar with ITIL and IT service management processes — at least at a basic level
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • You think analytically, work in a structured way, and maintain an overview even with complex tasks
  • You are a true team player and eager to develop continuously
  • A strong service mindset, clear communication, and customer orientation complete your profile
