• Primary ownership for the design, prototyping and fostering of one or more core gameplay systems, including player mechanics, world simulation and / or AI.
• Lead, coordinate and participate in collaborative, interdisciplinary sub-teams to implement and balance gameplay features from initial design to final polish.
• Author, revise and provide feedback on internal design documentation, including feature specifications and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with the design team to incorporate systems into level gameplay and maintain overall balance between multiple gameplay systems.

Electrical Engineer

• Establish, maintain, and evolve electrical design standards, specifications, and approval criteria across the portfolio.
• Serve as the primary technical reviewer and approver for electrical deliverables across all phase gates (DD, 30/60/90/IFC).
• Define technical requirements for critical electrical equipment including UPS, generators, switchgear, and distribution systems.
• Own the electrical Basis of Design (BoD) and ensure alignment across all active projects.
• Review and approve consultant-produced packages ensuring compliance with internal standards and applicable codes (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, local codes).
• Oversee and validate arc flash, short circuit, and coordination study approaches and outputs.
• Identify technical risks related to availability, redundancy strategy, protection coordination, and constructability; drive mitigation plans.
• Ensure cross-discipline integration (mechanical, controls, structural) is addressed through design review.
• Support selection and performance management of electrical consultants, EORs, and key vendors.
• Lead technical alignment workshops to ensure external partners meet Riot’s requirements.

Engineering Manager

• Own hardening our systems to shipping quality.
• Roadmap and schedule post-launch release content.
• Proactive feature ownership of entire game subsystems – including all aspects of development, maintenance, advocacy and documentation.
• Manage the schedule of the console port team (with our vendor) and all performance/optimization efforts.
• Manage and develop teams of programmers for work on assigned systems/domains which includes managing contractors and outsourcing partners.
• Work with all departments to ensure our systems meet the needs of our content creators.

3D Artist

• You will work with the Art Director and Lead Artist and various level art teams to ensure the various thematic spaces of the world of Judas are executed to a high degree of technical and creative standards
• With a deep immersion in the lore and purpose of the environmental spaces you will leverage your technical skillset and approach to thoughtful world building and visual storytelling
• You will develop a deep understanding of the Judas’ visual and level building systems: how its thematic spaces are built, organized, and triggered in-game

Analytics Engineer

• Build the core analytics data model – Design and maintain scalable fact and dimension models in our cloud data warehouse that support enterprise reporting and analysis.
• Create a trusted reporting layer across business systems – Integrate and model data from ERP, financial, project management, and operational platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Procore, Epicor, Snowflake, Timestream) to create a consistent source of truth.
• Preserve critical business context across systems – Identify where important financial or operational detail is lost in source systems or handoffs, and design data structures that retain the fidelity needed for analysis.
• Establish modeling standards and analytics best practices – Help define scalable approaches to naming, structure, metric logic, testing, and maintainability across the analytics environment.

• Define and lead the annual operating plan, long-range financial strategy, and rolling forecast processes for the data center business.
