About the role
- Provide exceptional customer support in English via email and live chat
- Communicate directly with other teams and providers to resolve customer issues
- Swiftly and safely process customers' withdrawals
- Achieve personal KPIs to support departmental SLAs
- Escalate matters requiring further attention and follow through to resolution
- Take ownership of unresolved customer cases until fully resolved
- Process KYC and documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence as required
- Contribute customer feedback to improve systems, processes, FAQs and Knowledgebase
- Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products, services and systems
- Comply with company processes, policies and regulatory requirements
- Complete mandatory compliance training
- Perform ad-hoc tasks such as analysing customer contact trends and providing context
- Promote Rhino Entertainment values and maintain a customer-centric approach
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Prior experience in customer facing or a similar role within iGaming will be considered an asset
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Acquires high levels of adaptability and flexibility
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within teams and across departments
- Willingness to work shifts
