About the role

  • Provide exceptional customer support in English via email and live chat
  • Communicate directly with other teams and providers to resolve customer issues
  • Swiftly and safely process customers' withdrawals
  • Achieve personal KPIs to support departmental SLAs
  • Escalate matters requiring further attention and follow through to resolution
  • Take ownership of unresolved customer cases until fully resolved
  • Process KYC and documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence as required
  • Contribute customer feedback to improve systems, processes, FAQs and Knowledgebase
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products, services and systems
  • Comply with company processes, policies and regulatory requirements
  • Complete mandatory compliance training
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks such as analysing customer contact trends and providing context
  • Promote Rhino Entertainment values and maintain a customer-centric approach

Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Prior experience in customer facing or a similar role within iGaming will be considered an asset
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Acquires high levels of adaptability and flexibility
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within teams and across departments
  • Willingness to work shifts
