Account Executive

• Meet category objectives and overall sales revenue targets for its designated region
• Responsible for selling, merchandising, and maintaining inventory levels of products to existing and potential accounts
• Make personal sales calls at established account base on a regular basis
• Maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly sales call and travel schedule
• Work with accounts to effectively manage inventory

Outside Sales Representative – Powersports

Director

• Develop and implement global logistics strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the global logistics team to ensure high performance and professional growth
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and production to ensure seamless operations
• Oversee the end-to-end global logistics process, including transportation, and 3rd party warehousing & distribution, consolidation centers, and transloading
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

• Manage and maintain patent and trademark docket, ensuring accurate data entry
• Docket new patent and trademark application filings, incoming office actions, correspondence (USPTO,WIPO/Madrid, and foreign associate correspondence and deadlines), and related deadlines
• Conduct comprehensive trademark searches and clearance
• Advise attorneys of intellectual property issues
• Prepare docket status and custom reports for clients and attorneys through database as requested
• Manage and oversee patent and trademark portfolios both domestically and internationally
• Manage audits of all patent and trademark files
• Assist with verifying the status of patent and trademark applications domestically and internationally
• General knowledge of patent databases (e.g., searches, status checks, electronic filing of patent applications and responses)
