• Perform a variety of administrative services within the Collections Department.
• Become familiar with company processes including first- and third-party collections, client and company requirements, and Federal and State collection laws.
• Work closely with and take direction from Collections Management.
• Prepare pay-off letters for banks and title companies.
• Send Itemized Statements to debtors.
• Assist Third Party Account Managers with administrative tasks.
• Provide input for errors and irregularities.
• Be trained on collections software and vendor systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist with special projects.
