About the role

  • Support the operational execution of vendor payments and vendor onboarding for the Restaurant365 AP Payments platform.
  • Responsible for both AP payment fulfillment and vendor enablement activities, ensuring accurate processing of vendor payments.
  • Work closely with restaurant operators, vendors, and internal teams for electronic payment enrollment and timely processing of payments.
  • Collaborate with Banking Operations, Payments Risk & Compliance, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance the AP Payments ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant HR/People Ops experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Workday skills and experience with ticketing systems; comfort working with HR data, reports, and audits.
  • Demonstrated ability to own daily work and specific tasks with increasing judgment, handle routine escalations, and lead small initiatives or programs.
  • Solid working knowledge of HR compliance practices, including I-9 verification, auditing best practices, and adherence to regional labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise communication with employees and cross‑functional partners.
  • Proven problem‑solving mindset, identifying friction points and helping simplify processes across teams.
  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement; actively seeks growth and adapts in a changing environment.

  • Experience using ticketing systems to manage and track HR-related inquiries.
  • Familiarity with testing HR system updates and implementing process changes.
  • Experience handling unemployment claims, workers’ compensation cases, or similar regulatory processes.
