Salesforce Administrator

• Handle incoming support requests: manage tickets, root-cause analysis, communication, and quick wins; escalate appropriately and document solutions.
• Support Salesforce CPQ: assist with product/catalog updates, price rules, discounting logic, quote templates, approvals, troubleshooting, partnering with senior admins/engineers for complex changes.
• Administer core platform setup and governance: org health checks, release readiness, Sandbox management, and completion of day-to-day tasks to keep the org and its users operational
• Own user and access management: user provisioning/deprovisioning, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules; maintain a least-privilege model.
• Implement and maintain declarative configuration: fields, objects, page layouts, record types, Lightning apps, dynamic visibility, flows, validation rules, assignment rules, approval processes.
• Drive data quality: deduplication, data imports/updates (Data Loader/Import Wizard), validation and governance, backup/restore coordination, and health dashboards.
• Ensure security and compliance: apply platform security best practices, monitor session/login policies, and partner with IT/Sec on policies.
• Participate in Agile delivery: refinement, planning, standups, reviews; provide clear estimates, surface risks, and meet acceptance criteria.
• Maintain documentation and training: update admin runbooks, change logs, and “how-to” guides; deliver concise user enablement and release notes to drive adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally: gather feedback and customer insights, align individual work to team priorities, and coordinate with developers and data/integration teams.

Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain lightweight automations that support SE workflows, including call recap and follow-up generation, configuration and POV helpers, RFP and security-response accelerators, and reusable workflow patterns.
• Partner with customer technical and operational teams on complex automation and integration use cases where Restaurant365 is a core system dependency.
• Define reference patterns, validate data flows, document ownership boundaries, and help customers or partners implement solutions they can support long term.
• Partner with RevOps and SE leadership to define and maintain the core data model linking opportunity, SE engagement, technical win, and deal outcome.
• Build and maintain standard dashboards for SE performance, coverage, and win/loss insights.
• Create lightweight playbooks, demos, and enablement materials for SE and AE teams; document repeatable integration and automation patterns; and provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and RevOps on recurring field needs and productization opportunities.
• Operate with clear prioritization, stakeholder communication, and measurable business outcomes across influenced ARR, adoption, time saved, and risk reduction.

Forward Deployed Engineer

People Operations

• Lead, coach, and develop the People Business Partner team, setting clear expectations, priorities, and service standards.
• Build, refine, and operationalize the PBP model, including core processes, playbooks, tools, templates, and best practices that improve consistency, quality, and scale.
• Establish team operating rhythms for workforce planning, talent reviews, organizational changes, performance cycles, and executive partnership.
• Guide PBPs on complex business, talent, and employee matters while elevating overall capability, judgment, and partnership across the team.
• Partner across the People Team to ensure strong alignment among PBPs, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Experience, and Legal.
• Serve as the strategic People advisor to assigned executives and senior leaders, translating business priorities into practical people strategies and actions.
• Roll up sleeves to directly support executive leaders and client groups as needed, particularly during business-critical moments, leadership transitions, restructures, or gaps in coverage.

• Sets and ensures responsible use of AI and automation in HR workflows with guardrails and appropriate attention to privacy, data quality, bias mitigation, and good judgment in alignment with R365 AI guidelines.

Account Executive, Commercial Sales

Payroll

• Own and drive net-new payroll sales into strategic restaurant accounts, including national and regional franchise brands
• Prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified payroll opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound referrals, and cross-sell motions within the existing R365 customer base
• Lead discovery conversations with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations leaders to uncover workforce pain points and align R365 Payroll solutions to business outcomes
• Execute a consultative, value-based sales process from first contact through close, including demos, proposals, and negotiation
• Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling platform demonstrations tailored to payroll and workforce workflows in the restaurant industry
• Develop and present business cases quantifying the ROI of migrating to R365 Payroll — including labor cost reduction, compliance risk mitigation, and administrative time savings
• Collaborate with the broader Strategic Accounts team to identify payroll expansion opportunities within existing R365 accounting and operations customers
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, activity logs, and revenue forecasts in Salesforce & Gong
• Stay current on payroll compliance regulations relevant to the restaurant industry, including federal, state, and local wage laws, tip credit rules, and overtime requirements
• Represent R365 as a payroll subject matter expert at industry events, prospect meetings, and customer-facing engagements
• Provide a smooth handoff to Implementation and Customer Success teams post-sale, ensuring expectations are set and the customer is set up for long-term success
