Lead, oversee and support the implementation of the strategic go-to market strategy for the carrier market
Partner with the Industry Director, Marketing and Sales teams
Understand the customer, market, and revenue goal, then develop, drive, and ensure the smooth execution of market strategy and content to support those goals
Develop and implement comprehensive in-person and digital marketing strategies
Write and guide creatives to finesse any assets developed and create meaningful campaigns each quarter
Collaborate across the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns
Conceptualize and orchestrate writing with support from the corporate and design team
Create engaging content both written and design, for digital channels- website, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns
Demonstrate a high-level understanding and ability to work through the complexity of problem solving or projects, and then present it to audiences at every level
Requirements
Bachelor's degree Marketing, Communication, or related degree
3-5 years B2B marketing experience in the US insurance industry, working with Carriers
3+ years’ experience writing preferred
Prior campaign execution - B2B focus
Passion or curiosity for how to communicate and market in a digital first environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insight, and make data-driven decisions
Project management skills with the ability to be detailed oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
