Business Analyst

• Define requirements, identifying and articulating difficult trade-offs.
• Partner with Product Strategy to analyse market trends, customer feedback, and product performance metrics.

Product Business Analyst

Human Resources

• Deliver operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring people processes are applied consistently, fairly, and in line with policy and employment legislation.
• Partner with managers to coordinate people activities such as onboarding, role changes, probation outcomes, and exits, ensuring timely and well-managed outcomes.
• Draft and manage employment documentation, exercising judgement to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organisational standards.
• Maintain oversight of employee data and records, ensuring HR systems accurately reflect workforce changes and support effective decision-making.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including job adverts, candidate correspondence, interview scheduling, and offer processing.
• Liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and external suppliers to ensure a professional and efficient recruitment process.
• Manage pre-employment checks and support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new starters.
• Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries from employees and managers.
• Provide clear guidance on HR policies, procedures, and standard people processes, escalating complex or sensitive issues as appropriate.
• Support managers with consistent application of HR processes across the organisation.
• Maintain HR systems and trackers, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
• Produce standard HR reports and metrics such as headcount, turnover, absence, and recruitment activity.

HR Coordinator

• Create and own the requirements capture for software development, working closely with product, stakeholders and development teams to align development with business priorities.
• Apply a range of elicitation techniques, including interviews, workshops, site visits, surveys, and storyboards to build a deep understanding of operational and technical needs.
• Take accountability for the quality, completeness, and clarity of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear, detailed project narratives, ensuring shared understanding across engineering and product functions.
• Define and document the who, what, and why of each requirement, including acceptance criteria, information flows, business processes, and data structures.
• Ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are explicitly captured and understood.
• Conduct structured root cause analysis on complex problem areas, identifying underlying issues rather than treating symptoms.
• Engage cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to gather insight, validate understanding, and shape effective technical solutions.
• Refine project narratives into comprehensive technical specifications, using appropriate techniques such as:

• - Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) scenarios
• - Process and data flows
• - Business rules and data definitions
• Ensure specifications are sufficiently precise to support incremental development, testing, and release with minimal rework.
