About the role
- Serve as the technical backbone of the implementation team, partnering with global customers, implementation, product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Collaborate to understand customer goals and design tailored solutions that align with business and technical needs.
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) initiatives to demonstrate AI solutions for prospective clients.
- Act as a go-to technical expert providing advice on product capabilities, integration options, and technical troubleshooting.
- Create and lead customer and field technical training and enablement sessions and resources for implementation and sales teams.
- Relay customer feedback to product and engineering, suggest product improvements, and support implementation and adoption.
- Present and translate technical solutions for executives, operations leaders, and technologists to show measurable business value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical sales engineering role, particularly in AI.
- Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts.
- Experience integrating and transforming manufacturing and financial data to solve complex risk and compliance challenges.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and knowledge of API integrations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex ideas for varied audiences.
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline or equivalent work experience.
