• Serve as the technical backbone of the implementation team, partnering with global customers, implementation, product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Collaborate to understand customer goals and design tailored solutions that align with business and technical needs.
• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) initiatives to demonstrate AI solutions for prospective clients.
• Act as a go-to technical expert providing advice on product capabilities, integration options, and technical troubleshooting.
• Create and lead customer and field technical training and enablement sessions and resources for implementation and sales teams.
• Relay customer feedback to product and engineering, suggest product improvements, and support implementation and adoption.
• Present and translate technical solutions for executives, operations leaders, and technologists to show measurable business value.
