• Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les clients en créant une expérience unique
• Représenter la marque en tant qu’ambassadrice, avec un fort sentiment d’appartenance
• Assurer la visibilité et la bonne mise en valeur des produits : merchandising, vérification des implantations produits et conformité des prix, animations en pharmacie
• Collaborer avec l’équipe commerciale : suivi des stocks, anticipations des ruptures, remontées d’informations terrain
• Former les équipes officinales : flash formations sur les nouveautés, conseil associés et mise en avant des gammes
• Relayer les temps forts sur les réseaux sociaux et incarner l’image digitale du laboratoire
