About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Welcome, advise and support customers, creating a unique customer experience
Act as a brand ambassador with a strong sense of ownership
Ensure product visibility and presentation: merchandising, checking product placements and price compliance, in-pharmacy promotions
Collaborate with the commercial team: monitor stock, anticipate shortages, relay field feedback
Train pharmacy teams: short training sessions on new products, associated advice, and promoting product ranges
Share key moments on social media and embody the laboratory's digital image

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in dermocosmetic sales/advising (pharmacy, parapharmacy, beauty institute)
Interest in scientific topics
Knowledge of brands and the dermocosmetic market
Training in aesthetics/cosmetics (preferred)
Excellent presentation, strong interpersonal skills and positive energy
Strong knowledge of dermocosmetics
Outstanding interpersonal skills and high empathy
Passion for advising, leading demonstrations and pedagogy
Strong corporate culture fit and team spirit
Energetic, organized and autonomous
Digital affinity and ease with social media
