About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome, advise and support customers, creating a unique experience
- Represent the brand as an ambassador with a strong sense of belonging
- Ensure product visibility and presentation: merchandising, verification of product placements and price compliance, in-pharmacy activations
- Collaborate with the sales team: monitor stock, anticipate shortages, report field feedback
- Train pharmacy teams: short training sessions on new products, advise staff and promote product ranges
- Share highlights on social media and embody the laboratory's digital image
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in dermocosmetic sales/advising (pharmacy, parapharmacy, beauty institute)
- Interest in scientific topics
- Knowledge of brands and the dermocosmetics market
- Training in aesthetics or cosmetics (preferred)
- Excellent presentation, strong interpersonal skills and positive energy
- Solid technical knowledge in dermocosmetics
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and high empathy
- Passion for advising, in-store activation and pedagogy
- Strong alignment with company culture and team spirit
- Energetic, organized and able to work independently
- Digital savvy and comfortable with social media
