About the role
- Own deals from start to finish - inbound or outbound, discovery to close.
- Prioritize high-potential service lines and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Take charge of the outbound activities for all the services and manage inbound requests.
- Take ownership of the business development strategy with the founders
- Work with our content and marketing teams to build sharp, relevant collateral.
- Report directly to the founders. No layers. No politics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling AdTech or app growth services.
- Proven track record closing deals, not just building pipeline.
- Past titles could include Senior AE, Sales Lead, or Head of Sales — as long as you were hands-on.
- Strong understanding of mobile app marketing : attribution, paid media, growth loops, etc.
- Based in the EU , and able to travel for industry events (EMEA, MENA, US).
- Fluent in English.
- Other languages = bonus.
