Develop comprehensive campaign strategies and execution plans for the defined target audience across the entire buyer's journey
Plan and run marketing campaigns aimed at engaging customers and prospects to generate leads
Develop nurturing and follow-up strategies to drive leads through the sales funnel
Select appropriate communication channels (organic and paid) to generate demand among the defined target audience
Develop comprehensive digital advertisement strategies, tailored to target audiences and campaign goals, and work with our internal ad specialists to execute ad campaigns
Continuously research and evaluate new marketing tools and technologies to attract prospects, as well as innovate with new methods and creative ideas to capture current demand
Collaborate closely with product marketing, product management, the sales and BDR department to ensure accurate messaging and targeting of the right accounts
Work with the Content & Creative team to develop and manage all digital assets including websites, landing pages, emails, postings, and ads
Analyze lead conversion processes and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization (with support of our Marketing Operations and Analytics team)
Define campaign KPIs, analyze their performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements
Proven experience in demand generation, performance, or growth marketing within the B2B SaaS industry
Strong project management skills to execute campaigns from inception to completion
Expertise in both digital and non-digital lead generation techniques
Copywriting skills and a passion for creating a delightful brand experience at all customer touchpoints
Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets
Fluent in business English
Open-minded, able to work efficiently in diverse teams and with external vendors, and self-motivated
Nice-to-have: Experience in running Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads in B2B environment
Experience in managing ABM campaigns and experience with 6Sense and/or DemandBase
Experience with enhancing your campaign performance with AI or proactively leveraging AI tools in an innovative way
