About the role
- Own the sourcing strategy across multiple functions and seniority levels, focusing on hard-to-fill and niche roles
- Leverage AI tools, automation, and advanced sourcing platforms to identify and engage top talent
- Build scalable sourcing processes and systems to create a repeatable and data-driven approach
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and deliver high-quality pipelines
- Experiment with emerging sourcing technologies and continuously refine our approach
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making
- Create and document best practices to enable the broader talent team and ensure sourcing excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in sourcing talent across technical and non-technical roles
- Hands-on expertise with AI-powered sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, and automation workflows
- A builder’s mindset—comfortable designing systems and processes from scratch
- Strong ability to craft compelling outreach that converts passive candidates
- Analytical approach with the ability to use data to optimize sourcing strategies
- Curiosity and adaptability—always seeking out and testing new tools and methods
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership
