About the role
- Define and prioritize features and rapidly identify and ship platform improvements
- Look into future of online brand monitoring, insights, and workflow fine-tuning
- Gather and document business and user requirements into clear product and technical specs
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and assess workflows to identify improvements
- Participate in all stages of product development to oversee definition and delivery of features
- Assist in UAT and validate new features before release
- Work closely with Product Designers and Engineers to ensure smooth execution
- Perform market and competitive analysis to prioritize product investments
Requirements
- Experience in a SaaS, AI, or data-driven product environment
- Hands-on & Agile Mindset; adaptable in fast-moving environments
- Technical Fluency with delivering AI or data projects (gen-AI, ML, prompt engineering, conversational AI)
- User-centered thinking and passion for intuitive, user-friendly experiences
- Structured problem-solving mindset and strong prioritization instincts
- Strong documentation skills: business/functional requirements, user stories, process flows
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams
- Bonus: experience in AI native or data visualization applications and brand protection
