Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Business Units to identify workflows where AI can add measurable value
Lead and expand the AI Champion Group by facilitating regular meetings, providing enablement resources, and empowering champions to act as advocates within their teams
Design and deliver learning programs such as training, workshops, on-demand modules, playbooks, and best practice guides to raise AI literacy across the organization
Conduct demos and hands-on sessions to showcase AI tools and practical use cases, ensuring employees can apply them effectively in their day-to-day work
Create and manage initiatives that drive continuous learning, including both functional learning plans and organizational learning strategies
Define and promote standards, policies, and practices that ensure the safe, ethical, and effective adoption of AI
Provide subject-matter expertise on AI tools, capabilities, and limitations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Monitor emerging AI trends, tools, and research—especially within legal tech—and assess their potential benefits, risks, and relevance to the business
Coach and mentor leaders and teams in adopting AI-enabled practices, measuring outcomes such as adoption rates, performance improvements, and risk reduction
Support organizational change management efforts by helping employees’ transition, building confidence, and embedding AI into everyday workflows
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Learning & Development, or Instructional Design preferred
Six or more years of experience designing and delivering technical learning or enablement programs within technology-driven organizations
Solid understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals, including strengths, limitations, bias, privacy, and evaluation
Proven instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging, accessible learning for diverse audiences
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with a talent for translating technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance
Experience supporting or managing a champion or ambassador program, or another structured community of practice
Demonstrated ability to foster and sustain cross-functional networks of practice such as champion groups, user communities, or guilds
Strong project management expertise, including experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
Experience in vendor management, including evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver measurable outcomes
