Account Executive – Docketing

Human Resources

• Administer and configure Workday across core modules including HCM, Compensation, Recruiting & Onboarding, Absence, Business Process Framework, and Security
• Support readiness for future modules such as Payroll and Global Absence Management
• Configure and maintain business processes and security roles within established governance
• Execute configuration changes with strong system discipline, including testing and validation in Sandbox prior to production deployment
• Lead bi-annual Workday releases, including review of release notes, adoption planning, testing, documentation, and rollout of selected features
• Track and assess upcoming Workday enhancements for future implementation
• Support demos, communications, and knowledge sharing related to new functionality
• Partner with HRIS and Data Analytics teams to support reporting, dashboards, and data needs across day-to-day operations and annual projects
• Build, test, and load EIBs; support data audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution as required
• Own and maintain documentation for configurations, annual processes, and system enhancements
• Develop knowledge articles, training materials, and short demos to support HR partners and end users
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business partners while adhering to governance and escalation paths

HRIS Specialist

Sales

• Engage law firms in consultative discussions to understand their pricing strategies, profitability challenges, and business objectives.
• Position Virtual Pricing Director as a strategic solution that supports value-based pricing, margin improvement, and informed decision-making.
• Lead discovery-driven sales cycles, translating firm-specific pricing challenges into tailored solution recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including Pricing Directors, CFOs, COOs, and Practice Leaders.
• Deliver thoughtful, insight-led product demonstrations that connect VPD capabilities to real pricing and profitability outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align solution positioning and ensure successful client outcomes.

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud-based applications and APIs using TypeScript, NestJS (Node).
