About the role

  • Collaborate closely with the Country Manager to grow and manage the Mexico market
  • Cultivate and maintain strong B2B client relationships (solar installers and utilities) to foster long-term partnerships
  • Participate in demo calls and support progression of sales deals to contribute to ARR growth
  • Identify trends within target personas and analyze data to optimize sales approach
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to meet client needs and enhance service offerings

Requirements

  • Native Spanish proficiency required
  • Based in Mexico City (or willing to relocate)
  • 3+ years experience in software sales, preferably at startups or scale-ups with a SaaS product
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools and ability to use data to identify trends
  • Passion for driving transformation and innovation within the renewable energy sector
  • Active drive to secure deals in a competitive environment while fostering collaboration
  • Proactive and flexible mindset with strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English
