- Closet America – A Renuity Company, focused on custom-designed, hand-crafted storage solutions in the DC area and beyond. This role combines design and sales, with in-home consultations, design software usage, and contract negotiations. Learn product lines and design software to create functional storage solutions; present design options during in-home visits within a 65-mile radius; promote products and services while delivering an exceptional client experience from consultation to close; meet and exceed sales goals. Compensation is performance-based with average earnings around $75,000/year and top performers earning $140,000+/year. Comprehensive training is provided, along with pre-set leads; benefits include medical, dental, PTO, 401(k); corporate training location in Landover, MD; field travel within 65 miles.
Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for helping people Sales experience preferred—bonus if you have a background in design or home improvement Experience in retail sales, in-home sales, interior design, home organization, real estate, remodeling, or customer service with a creative focus is a plus Basic computer skills to manage your workflow Reliable transportation for client visits (no mileage reimbursement)
