About the role
- Help clients bring their dream storage spaces to life by designing custom closet systems
- Learn product lines and present, design, and sell them with confidence
- Translate client needs into functional, stylish solutions using creativity and spatial awareness
- Promote and present services to prospective clients and generate sales
- Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience from first consultation to project close
- Conduct in-home consultations and travel locally within the Charlotte, NC territory
- Participate in paid training, weekly team trainings, mentorship, and coaching
Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people
- Previous sales experience preferred—bonus points for design or home improvement background
- Basic computer skills for presentations and workflow management
- Reliable transportation for in-home appointments (within a 65-mile radius; mileage not reimbursed)
- Availability to work weekends
- Must be 18 years or Older
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Ability to attend two-week paid training at Corporate Office in Landover, MD (hotel provided) and start on specified training date
- Ability to develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
