- Learn our product lines and design software to create functional, beautiful storage solutions
- Apply creativity and spatial awareness to design custom closet systems that fit each client’s lifestyle
- Conduct in-home consultations (within a 65-mile radius) to understand client needs and present design options
- Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
- Promote our products and services while delivering an exceptional client experience from consultation to close
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals through dedication and consistent effort
Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for helping people
- Sales experience preferred—bonus if you have a background in design or home improvement
- Experience in retail sales, in-home sales, interior design, home organization, real estate, remodeling, or customer service with a creative focus is a plus
- Basic computer skills to manage your workflow
- Reliable transportation for client visits (no mileage reimbursement)
