About the role
- Coach leaders and colleagues in the resolution of colleague issues or concerns
- Conduct interviews, documenting findings/recommendations, and advising leaders on best practices
- Review and approve the use and delivery of documented performance management tools
- Investigate and recommend actions for Ethics Helpline Human Resources complaints
- Assist in the training and development of leaders with HR best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum four years of experience in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Compliance, Labor Law, or a related discipline required
- Knowledge of benefits, payroll, compensation, talent acquisition/development, employee relations, training, organizational development preferred
- Ability to infer information from statistical data and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
