About the role

  • Manage up to 20 Google Ads accounts, primarily Search campaigns (90–95%), with some YouTube campaigns.
  • Communicate directly with clients via Slack and on-demand calls, explaining ad performance in clear, actionable terms.
  • Take ownership of client relationships post-onboarding, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation with a focus on efficiency and high-quality conversions.
  • Build reports that explain full-funnel performance, not just ad account metrics.
  • Proactively identify and solve issues before they impact client results.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Google Ads experience, with proven lead generation expertise
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) for client-facing interactions.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads; familiarity with YouTube Ads is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work 9 AM – 5 PM PST
