About the role

  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
  • Monitor pacing and performance, adjusting targeting and bidding to meet KPIs.
  • Report regularly on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to align messaging with campaign goals.
  • Stay current on platform trends, algorithm updates, and ad format innovations.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid social strategies, targeting, and creative testing.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager required.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver insights.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and effective working in a remote environment.
