About the role
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and with empathy, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with product knowledge and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen attentively and respond appropriately to customer needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
